These terms apply when you browse or buy from the MadMonk Store, owned and operated by Swapnil Tanaji Gade.

Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST where shown. Shipping and any custom-artwork charge are shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; an order is confirmed only when payment is verified.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly displayed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
Custom artwork
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, any artwork, logo, text or image you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights or break the law.
- We may decline artwork that is unlawful, infringing, hateful or offensive.
- Colours on screen and in print differ slightly; small variations in handmade and printed pieces are normal.
- You keep ownership of your artwork. You allow us to use it only to make and ship your order.
Bulk orders
Bulk and corporate orders are governed by the quote we send, which sets prices, quantities, proofs, timelines and payment terms.

Our designs
MadMonk designs, graphics and photographs on this site belong to MadMonk and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over MadMonk's registered place of business. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer, MadMonk at store@madmonk.co.
