What size are the badges?
Our pin and magnetic badges are 58 mm across.
What's on the back of the badges?
Pin badges have a white plastic back with a safety pin. Magnetic badges have a black plastic back with a round 1.5 cm black magnet, so they work as fridge magnets too.
Can I put my own design on a product?
Yes — on any product that shows the “Use my artwork” option. Choose it, upload your file (PNG, JPG or PDF, up to 25 MB) and add any instructions. The extra charge is shown on the option before you add to cart.
Do you check my artwork before printing?
Yes. We review every file before production and email you if something needs fixing.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom pieces are made to order: 5–10 working days after you approve the proof, then shipping.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your PIN code and order size. Any free-shipping offer is shown in your cart.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, cards, net banking and wallets enabled on our payment provider, Razorpay.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is emailed when your payment is confirmed and is available in your account.
Can I order MDF keychains?
MDF keychains are made for bulk orders only. Request a quote on the Bulk & corporate page.
I need 100 badges for an event. Where do I start?
Use the bulk enquiry form with your quantity, date and PIN code. We reply with a quote.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see orders, tracking and your uploaded artwork in one place.
Can I return a custom item?
Custom items can't be returned for a change of mind, but if we made a mistake against your approved proof we'll remake or refund it.
